How It Works

  • Suspended Installation: The magnetic separator is suspended above the conveyor belt.
  • Ferrous Attraction: Tramp iron materials are lifted up from the conveyor belt by the powerful magnet.
  • Self-Cleaning Mechanism: The attracted tramp iron is separated through a continuous self-cleaning method, where a belt travels continuously around the magnet, carrying the ferrous materials away from the magnetic field and depositing them in a designated area.
